ID3v2 COMM tags

The original sample, ripped and tagged only with iTunes, ID3v2.2 ISO-8859-1 (the default format in iTunes):
[attachment=6427:iTunes_t...O_8859_1.mp3]
Converted the format to ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1 with iTunes and added several new "COMM with a descriptive header" tag frames (Musicmatch & Media Jukebox):
[attachment=6428:More_COM...O_8859_1.mp3]
The same as above, but converted the tag format to ID3v2.3 UTF-16 with Mp3tag:
[attachment=6429:More_COM...3_UTF_16.mp3]
The same as above, but converted the tag format to ID3v2.4 UTF-8 with Mp3tag:
[attachment=6430:More_COM...4_UTF_8_.mp3]
