Batch single-track files splitting among the whole library

Hi everybody.
is there a way (using cue tools or whatever) to mass-split single-track albums that are inside subfolders among other multi-track album folders without touching the latter?

i struggled much with cue tools without results. i can't descriminate cue sheets of single-tracks from the multi-track ones.
