You can now download aacDECdrop from Roberto's site: http://www.inf.ufpr.br/~rja00/index.html .

This is the full FAAD2 decoder with the addition of Windows playback in an 'oggdrop-like' interface. If you wish to do your own compile, you can download the source from Menno's CVS at audiocoding.com.
