Help with background noises~

Audio track (lecture recording, not copyrighted) from the General Audio thread Help with background noises~.

I've adjusted this track per the method I describe in the above-linked thread, with the following settings.

dBpowerAMP Music Converter (Release 12.4)
Converting To:  Mp3 (Lame)
Encoding:  Normal
Output Location:  NOT Original Folder
DSP Effects/Actions added:
--- Graphic Equalizer
--- --- ">> Single Bar Adjustment" selected
--- --- All frequency sliders centered (+0dB) EXCEPT the following:
--- --- --- 1kHz +12dB
--- --- --- 8kHz and all higher frequencies -12dB
--- Volume Normalize
--- --- Fixed Amplification, +12dB
