I need to know how to measure MCPS for a test stream

I used equation like , MCPS = (Total Cycle * Sampling Frequency) / (No.of frames * frame size *10^6).

Is this equation is correct ?

Does this equation will change between Mono and stereo test stream ?

You have to multiply it with board frequency. Then you'll get MCPS.
