Send something for conversion to dbpoweramp via command line

Hello everybody, is there a way to run Windows context menu commands (like the specific "convert to" of dbpoweramp) from inside foobar?
e.g. selecting a track in the playlist, right click and then have the windows context menu available for the selected item...

You can implement command line commands using foo_run.

Oh, I can't make it work...  I want to be able to select a track in the playlist and then right click on it and send it for conversion in dbpoweramp like the default "convert to" context menu function in Windows...

Unfortunately, we're not experts with dbpa's commandline in the fb2k forum.
