Can you get the program text to appear in English?

I tried starting it from a DOS prompt using the "-L English.rlp" option as suggested in the readme, and still got German.

I was using the most recent build (141) from the renatager.de site.

After starting program:
"Datei->Optionen->Sprachen..."

This worked fine on my version anyway. (0.8.2 build 139)
