Winamp 2.xx Vorbis plugin 1.18 beta

There's a new version of the Winamp Vorbis plugin out and it's a beta release. Peter needs people to test it and report any bugs or problems with it. So download, install it and test away.

P.S. The biggest change here is the implementation of a fix for stream saving. Check the Streaming tab in in_vorbis' config. This needs to be tested throughly.
