[Technical] Internal volume processing, replaygain and dither questions

Hello - I have a few technical questions perhaps someone can help me with:

1. For Android, Foobar provides a volume control within the application. Is this volume control doing any float point conversion to minimize digital quality loss (ie. 32 float)?

2. For replaygain scanning/playback - is True Peak being considered or sample peak?

3. Is dithering applied at all when DSP or other processing occurs?

Thanks!
