how to rip OGG tracks?

i have i huge file full of some garbage and ogg tracks.
how could i find where is the end of ogg track to hex cut it (they are not continuously stored)?
or is there any ogg ripper (i google it, but didn't find any)

the only info i got from the edit is that the tracks are:

Xiph.Org libVorbis I 20020717
Xiph.Org libVorbis I 20040629 (Encoded with Amadeus II)
