Can FooBar or any plugin upload song names ?

I'm no expert but I could not find anything that did what Im looking for.

Can one get FooBar, or any plugin that is available atm, upload the name of the current song to the internet, like to a .txt file or whatever?

atm I'm streaming and the bot I'm using is StreamElements and It can't access any txt file I have on my computer but apparently it can access information on the internet, like in a text file, google documents or "whatever", when commands are used and viewers request the song currently playing.
