[1.1b1] Installation for non-admin users

This is an issue I had with the 1.1 beta installer on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.  I ran the installer while logged in as a non-admin user, and chose the option to move user components to my profile directory.  There were no errors (as far as I can tell; nothing in Event Viewer either), but when I checked, all my user components were still in the program directory.  I did get the UAC elevation prompt when I selected standard installation, and the rest of the program seemed to update correctly.

It makes sense to me that the components wouldn't be copied, since the non-admin user does not have write access to the program directory, and the admin user does not have write access to the non-admin user's profile.  At the very least, though, there should be some indication that the attempt to move user components has failed or will fail.

FYI, for anyone else with this issue, I ended up re-running the installer as an admin user, then manually copying the user-components folder from the admin user's profile to the non-admin user's profile.
