Ogg Vorbis - Tech / Re: Vorbis 1.3.7 aoTuV and Lancer patches
Last post by Kraeved -I am confused by the size of out.original.generic.ogg (46 825 bytes) compared to other files. Of course, different builds may have different relations with mathematics (the notorious floating point), which I have witnessed more than once during the ongoing revival of Helix MP3 encoder. But is it acceptable to get the difference of 5 kilobytes and more between the output of the x86 version and the same code, but compiled for x64? For example, the difference between the results of Aoyumi own builds (so-called Venc) is only 4 bytes, the difference between the results of reference Vorbis builds compiled by Chocobo1 is 2 bytes, and there is no difference at all between FFMPEG x86 and x64.
