Letter size affects library search

The size of the letters affects the library search. If all the letters are small, the result is the largest. If at least one letter is large, the result is reduced, if there are a lot of large letters, the result may not be at all. Can I make the letters size did not affect the search result?

Disable option in File->Preferences->Advanced->Tools->Search filter->Asymmetric search
