Play Hotkey Inoperative after Standby

Foobar2000 version 0.586
OS: Windows XP Professional SP1

Behavior:  Foobar2000 is open and the "selected application" and playback is stopped, Windows enters standby after inactivity period, when system is restored/awakened Foobar2000 is still the selected application but hotkey for play ("c") will not work until Foobar2000 is selected again with the mouse.

Previous Foobar2000 versions (e.g., v0.50) did not exhibit this; hotkeys responded after system restored/awakened.  Not sure if this is a Foobar2000 issue, intended/expected behavior, or something peculiar to my system/Windows XP SP1.
Was that a 1 or a 0?
