Why do I get this message!

"1 out of 11 tracks converted with major problems.

Source: "cdda://0132393D" / index: 11
  CD access error, attempting to reread.
  CD access failed.
  Error decoding source file at 3:59.253 : I/O error (win32 #1167)"

I can play the CD in my CD player with no problems. 
This only started happening with the last two audio books I ripped. 
The tracks don't play correctly on my Sandisk Sportsplus MP# player
Thanks for any help on this problem.
