How do I stream Foobar2000 to my Android tablet and Chromecast?

I just want to stream music to my tablet and chromecast, but I can't find any instructions for UPnP MediaRenderer Output.

I can only find instructions for UPnP/DLNA Renderer, Server, Control Point which is 32-bit and doesn't work on my system.  Is it easier to to install a 32-bit version of Foobar2000 portable and use that instead?

Also, I have BubbleUPnP on my tablet and its server on my desktop.

Thanks for any help!
