Convert Flacx to mp3

I now use foobar to play my flac files which I also have in mp3 for portable use. If I was to lose my mp3's and needed to use my flac files to convert to  mp3. I tried to use foobar 8.3 but I could convert  into everything but mp3 ie. ape ,wave etc. It appears that lame rncoder is missing from the components list. Where do I get it as I cannot find it on foobar site.

Found out using search
