when I play a normal .flac file it play well without any error: why?

What's your audio device, and what's the sample rate of both files?

The audio device is the computer audio card.
The sample rate of high quality audio file is over 6000

Note: I think the better position of this message is on Support. Sorry for my error, I'm new here.

You have to be more specific, as your sound card may not support the sample rate or bit depth of the file. You might have to use a resampler DSP or use a non-exclusive output, which is WASAPI Shared in the latest foobar2000, and will therefore use the Windows resampler.

Thank you.
What is a resampler DSP?

A resampler DSP is software that "converts" a file's sample rate to that which your sound card supports. If your sound card only supports 44.1 and 48 and 96 kHz sample rates, then all other samplerate files, like 192 kHz, will have to be resampled to one of the 3 supported by the sound card.

Please can you tell me the name of a high quality DSP resampler?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with resamplers as I've almost never used them, but there are 2 built into foobar2000.
There are others here who are familiar with them, I hope someone replies :)
