Highest BPS mode supported by ALAC and Musepack encoder

The highest BPS mode supported by ALAC and Musepack encoder is 32-bit fixed-point, while pre-configured presets in foobar2000 uses 24-bit.

And, even worse:
64-bit fb2k gives no warning that it lossily transcodes 32-bit integer FLAC to 24-bit ALAC.

(32-bit fb2k gives its usual warning over 32-bit integer source.)
