Issues with normalizing some wave64 files created from DSD

Hi,
I was trying to rip some SACD image into PCM using the foo_sacd plugin, latest version. I converted a multichannel file into wave64 and opened it in Adobe Audition to normalize. I discovered that it would not normalize properly. If I try to normalize to -0.1 it barely increases level. To -3, it decreases level a bit. I also tried Audacity to make sure it's not a bug in Audition, same behaviour.
Next, I only converted 1 song in wav and wave64. The wav normalizes ok, the wave64 has the same behaviour like for the full album file. If I convert the whole album to flac, it normalizes ok. The problem seems to be with the way that file is written in wave64 from DSD. I didn't notice the same behaviour with PCM files.
This operation used to work ok in the past but I cannot say what Foobar version I was using at the time.
Well, I think I covered it all. :)

Thank you,
Daniel
