Beta 17 download imposible (only via download manager - and still slow)

Only download manager allowed me to download it without downloading error, and only with very limited download speed.
Looks like something's wrong with the server.

Are you sure it's not your routing? There is no download throttling on the server that I know of, I just know it's awfully slow to anywhere with significant distance from the UK if you're not the CloudFlare network. (I tested a test subdomain on the same server, against one of my CloudFlare domains, with their proxy, and was able to achieve full speed. Of course, using CloudFlare does automatically exclude some countries from access at all.)
