Playing back (FM Radio) from capture card

I have a Gigabyte GT P6000 Hybrid Analog + DVB card that can do FM radio.

Outside its proprietary software which I dont use, the only player I have found that can play FM radio from the card is Windows Media Center.

I work with radio stations (web and FM) and need to check on them from time to time.

Regarding the webradios and the streams, I have a playlist with all the streaming links on foobar, that works perfectly.

Is there any way to do the same for the FM radio/Capture card? Is there any plugin or built in function to do it? It would be nice if it could also capture audio from DVB TV and more.
