Splitting chanels on Mpeg1Layer2 file

Please help me with my problem:

I need simply Mpeg 1 Layer 2 utility to losless separate Right and Left channels from Stereo (NOT JoinStereo) Mpeg 1 Layer 2 file > into two individual files.

Many of my recording from satelite broadcasting are from MONO source but in 192Mbit stereo file (satellite stream). (Left and Right channels are subjective same). I can spare disk capacity by storying only one chanel of this broadcasting stream. Up to now I solve this by reencoding stream into mpeg1layer3 80Mbit MONO file (but this is lossmaking process).
