[UIUX] foobar2000 v2 Toolbar & Windows 11 22H2 Mica material

Windows 11 22H2 has been released to the public and one of the features is the application of Mica material to the title bar on all legacy components and apps. I have noticed stock Windows apps, such as notepad.exe, also apply Mica material to the toolbar (see image below)

Light mode

Dark mode

foobar2000 obviously doesn't apply Mica material to the toolbar and this makes the contrast between menu bar and title bar look pretty odd (example below in light mode)

TLDR any chance of updating foobar2000's toolbar region to utilize Mica material?

Mica Alt is available for apps that use Windows App SDK 1.1 or higher, while running on Windows 11 version 22000 or later.

Since fb2k v2 runs on windows 7, this is unlikely to happen.
