The best album of this kind of music is Autobahn by Kraftwerk. Many other artists, and not only in electronic music, were so much influenced by this album.

Autechre - Confield
Dmitri Shostakovich - Symphony No. 5 - Berliner Philharmoniker/Kurt Sanderling.

Someone here mentioned Björk - Vespertine: Yes, it is incredible.
