trying to keep text background colour the same when focus shifts

Hi, I'm trying to retain the background text colour of my selected track in foobar when I click outside of Foobar and remove focus from it .Usually the selected text background goes darker when focus shifts. I'm hoping to get a clue as to what file or folder i could find this colour code paramater. I'm guessing it's not going to be that easy but would be grateful if anyone could give me a steer as to where i might start looking for this please anyone? :)
