Stereophile is full of nonsense (like most of the "audiophile" community).    They don't believe in blind listening tests.  ...Those solid gold speaker wires sound so much better than regular copper that there's no need for blind testing!  :P


I don't read Stereophile but I think they like things that are super-expensive and/or outdated (vacuum tubes & vinyl records).
