Doesn't recognize tiny silent tracks

While importing this album into Foobar2000, I noticed that tracks 61 and 91 were missing. They each contain a little under a tenth of a second of silence (in Audacity), but are so short that Windows labels their lengths as "00:00:00". Windows does recognize the files as existing, but Foobar2000 refuses to signify that they exist at all. Is there any way to get the program to at least show these files in the media library?

When you say "importing" you mean ripping from CD or adding to the library from file or...?

I mean adding the files to the library. Even when just opening the file using foobar (without adding to the library), it just doesn't appear.
