Running two FB at the same time on the PC for different output devices

How I can organise running two FB at the same time on the PC for different output devices?
Like a DJ, I want to pre-listening via ear-phones in one FB2k, while sound system plays the music via another FB2k. I assume I will be able to drug and drop between these two Foobars. Is that correct? I think it will be much easier compare with professional dj-programms like Traktor, since I don't need all it's fancy effects.
I was trying to install FBk2 twice to different locations on my PC. But nevertheless I have only one running.

At least one installation shouldt be a portable installation. Then you should be able to do what you want.
