Accessing list of forum topics (logged in vs not)

Not sure if this is just an oversight or actually the way its now intended to be.

If 'NOT' logged in you are no longer able to use the 'more...' button to continue
displaying the 'Active topics' list.

Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it since I don't remember that being that
case before.

** Sorry I noticed there was a mention of this in the other thread discussing browser
issues with the 'active lists'  as well.

Just to note Firefox .091 seems to render the forum perfectly ....... so far
