Automatic spectral balancer effect

Out of boredom, I've made my own demo of what auto spectral balancers (e.g. Gullfoss and TEOTE and even Intelligent Equalizer from Dolby thing I've had at some point in time) would be like:
X
and then
X

Basically, it is a dynamic version of EQ match effect from Newfangled EQuivocate plug-in (analogous to how Stable Volume feature from YouTube is basically a dynamic version of loudness normalization) and BTW, this project makes use of multiple inputs of AudioWorkletProcessor (in-order to accept individual filter bank outputs and do the spectral balancing job)

Note that it targets white noise (but not exactly that since something like third-octave band analyzer have upward 3dB/octave slope, so it more of pink noise or something)
