I had the same problem and this worked for me as well.  I have to wonder though, why do I need to manually split the field?  Doesn't the semicolon imply that the field should be split automatically?  I don't see any reference to this anywhere, but it seems that that is the expected behavior.

The submission should include everything that a never submitted before CD would and as the TOCID did not exist before submission, the score would increase from none to 1.

I don't recall any issues with the feature where CUETools would submit to an existing record.
Also by default CUETools is supposed to ask before submitting (but that can be disabled with a setting).

I just uploaded version 1.0 that reports per-channel DR and RMS statistics for multichannel albums. And I added time information to the titlebar of the progress dialog.
You can update through foobar2000 or download from https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_dr_meter.

You can try to write a js script parser, remove the part without timestamp or process the lyrics to see if there are common features. I don't know how to program, so I don't know if the above method can meet your requirements. I remember someone discussed it before, and there is no option to remove it by default.

@always.beta :  since updating to 1.0.2.0 (but also present in 1.0.1.8 ) I have noticed that lyric returns from the genius.js searcher have begun including lines at the top of the lyrics text panel that refer to # of "contributors" and occasionally notes about the song itself.  This is present on EVERY SONG.  Is there a way to pre-trim these out?  Two examples, spare and "verbose":
