Changing the place of UI elements..

Sort of creating myself a theme which suits me.
I can't seem to get my head around how exactly I change these UI elements places though.
Can someone explain how I could do the following:

Umm...I thought i understood your request.
You should change the splitters and the panels totally.
what you need first is a splitter(left/right), which could realize your request of the position of the album list.
then add a new splitter(top/bottom) on the right part, and repeat the step by which you did just now?
finally pour all your panels into theit correspondent places.

you'd better re-make your theme from the beginning.

P.S.: scratchbox is useful.
