[0.36b] mp3 id3v1 reading bug?

I noticed that Korean/Cino-Korean/etc. "TITLE=" tags were'nt being recognized by foobar.

MP3s with id3 tags seems to be the problem.

edit: similar symptoms in playlist too: no time displayed for affected files either.

I've got 113 affected files, and two exceptions: one is a file that manages to get its time displayed despite its Korean title (although its title's displayed incorrectly), and the other is a file with "TITLE=04" that still manages to get its time not displayed in the playlist.
