Tiny update that won't affect most people. The previous update allowed you to tell mp3gain "I don't care if you think this is an mp2 or mp1 file. I'm telling you that this is an mp3 file, so process it even if you think it's not an mp3 file."

Now I've fixed the code so there's a much smaller chance that it will mis-identify a slightly corrupt mp3 file as an mp2 file.
That override option from the previous update still works, but it's even less likely now that you'll need to use
