Converting DTS Audio to stereo

I was wondering if you could tell me of a program that could convert DTS 5.1 channel audio to normal stereo, or better yet, directly to flac or ogg. I've tried googling it, but apparently I'm retarded in some way, and can't seem to find a thing.

The reason I'm asking is because I would like to listen to a DTS cd I recently got on my mp3 player as well. My regular cd-ripper just rips it into DTS-flacs, and those aren't really understood by any player.

Thanks in advance.

Thank you,
I have additional questions:

- The readme file says I need DTSSource.ax. Now, I found the file on a Russian site (one of the many languages I don't speak), but I'm not sure what to do with it.

- According to the same readme file the source for the conversion should be *.dts files. My music is on a CD, and Windows displays it as a regular audio CD. How do I first convert the music into *.dts files?
