how to get rid of converter output window

How can I get rid of the "converter output" window (mini playlist) that appears at the end of conversions? I'd swear it wasn't there before, but now I cannot seem to find the setting to make it go away on this fresh installation...

Ok, sorry for the noise, I just found the checkbox on the progress dialog itself, which had passed me by as my first tests were such small files and quick jobs.
