Wav Cue Sheets -> FLAC Cue Sheets, How?

I searched but couldn't find exactly what I wanted to do

basically, I have all my cue sheets that EAC created and in them every song is a "WAV". What I want is something that can make new versions of those cue sheets but replace "WAV" with FLAC"

The only thing I found was something that replace "WAV" with "FLAC" in the orginal cue sheet, but I don't want to replace the cue sheets, I want to have 2 cue sheets for each album
