there is a white line between the splitters .
Is it possible to hide those lines between the panels ?

^ DUI always has visible splitters. Turning on "Dark Mode" (in DUI) should make them dark, though still visible, unless setting the background color (in DUI) to the same color as the splitters to hide them.
