The displayed bitrate during playback is incorrect for VBR Opus and Vorbis files

- I recently updated from foobar2000-x64_v2.2_preview_2024-07-07 to foobar2000-x64_v2.24_preview_2024-10-04.

- This is on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 19045.5011 on a Dell Latitude 7480 laptop with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7600U CPU @ 2.80GHz  -  2.90 GHz

- After the update I noticed that during playback of VBR Opus and Vorbis files that instead of the displayed playback bitrate changing constantly as the song played the average bitrate (which is displayed statically) is shown instead.

- I waited for the next update *foobar2000-x64_v2.24_preview_2024-10-18* to be released and updated to that to see if the problem would be resolved, but unfortunately it hasn't.

- This is my first post so go easy if I haven't followed any protocols for submitting bugs, and if more info is required such as metadb.sqlite or other diagnotisc data just let me know.

- Last but not least many thanks to Peter, Case, and MANY other developers of components I sadly can't remember off the top of my head for providing the community with such a great piece of software.

Your bug report is good, no need for additional data as this affects everyone with default config. Problem has gone unnoticed until now, thanks for reporting.
