Conversion to FLAC

I have been using fb2k for many, many years without any issue. I now find extremely difficult to open the Command-line Encoder when trying to convert mp3 files to FLAC.
I have installed flac.exe in many folders, those of Programs Flies (x86) that have flac.exe such as MediaMonkey, FLAC, and others. I even have flac.exe on the desktop.

Using Windows 7 and foobar200o v1.3.1 beta when trying to convert files in mp3 to facl I'm prompted for a Command-line encoder. When I try to open flac.exe I get the error message that I do not have enough attributes to open it. I have made sure that I do have the permissions for Total Control.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Ingrid

you should be able to copy FLAC.exe in to the C:\Program Files (x86)\foobar2000\ folder and it should just work.

Could you give us a screenshot of your converter FLAC settings. converter screenshot ain't gonna help.

Make sure your using FLAC 1.2.0 or greater.

you can download version 1.3.0 from here
