Graphical bug with 0.58

If I try to resize INFO tag windows, there's a big bug :

[span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%']BEFORE RESIZE : [/span]

[span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%']AFTER RESIZE : [/span]

Checked with 0.57 : no problem. I'm on 98SE - sorry for colors.
Can someone reproduce it ? I've just reinstall the OS yesterday.

I get the same problem, also on win98SE.  Probably it would be easiest just to not make the window resizable.
