foo_ows Beginner issues (propably)

I am trying to use oneway Sync (foo_ows) to sync my files to an external Samsung USB Stick. My library consists of flac,  mp3, ogg, m4a, ....
I set up a simple sync and transcode to lame mp3. My settings are in the 3 pictures attached. Yet it doesnt work. If i start the sync, the "Copying files" window appears and everything seems to be normal. I even see the lame.exe in my Taskbar doing something and stressing the CPU. Yet no files are written, even if i run foobar2000 in Administrator Mode.
However if i uncheck the "transcode lossless files" button or the "transcode these lossy filetypes" the sync works flawlessly and copies the data.
I am using Windows 10 with Foobar200 ver. 1.6.6

Nvm im just an impatient dumbass. Turns out the files do not show up until the progress bar is finished :|
