Problem with foo_winamp_spam on 0.9.5

ok, I have moved the component foo_dsp_winamp to the components folder in 9.5, but it doesn't show up in the components list in preferences.

I just need to use Izotope ozone with foobar. Does anyone know what's going on (incompatible component?)
