foo_bitcompare: Display peaks in decibels

The file peaks and channel difference peaks are currently displayed as floating-point values. They are hard to read if much smaller than 1.0, particularly the difference magnitude. I have to use some other tool to translate this percentage into decibels, which is how most software displays loudness.

Request to add dB(FS) in parentheses like the ReplayGain scanner has (advanced formatting).
