foobar creates an instance of "default" playlist on each sta

Hi people,

I have encountered a weird bug after re-installing Windows and foobar v. 0.8.3. Now the player automatically creates a new instance of "default" playlist on each start of the program. So for example, after re-opening foobar five times, I have five tabs-playlists open. Is there a way to toggle this off? Hope there is way to do it without upgrading to a newer version, as this one suits my needs just fine.
