Plextools Professional XL 3.16: Best speed for Q-Check C1/C2 Test?

Hello! I just got a Plextor Premium2 and have been trying to figure out the best burn speed for my drive with JVC Silver Lacquer Taiyo Yuden CD-R's and while testing the C1/C2 error's on the discs I've been using the 10-24x speed test option. Is this one accurate to use?
