Tools to bit-compare FLAC files

I have a file that gives weird results upon recompressing.  For debugging, I would like some tool that can bit-compare and give more extensive feedback than foo_bitcompare. Anything?

(Yes I have tested my RAM.)

May you use the "Compare WAVs" tool in ExactAudioCopy. It will output a all timecodes where the files differ.
The only drawback is, you have to convert the FLACs to WAV first.

Do you want to compare the audio streams or the files themselves?
