Help with Tagging from txt file

I searched for an answer to this with no luck.  Perhaps I was searching poorly.  I recently started a tagging project, and it had been a while since I was using Foobar for that process.  I recall once upon a time there was an option in the tagging function to guess at the tag information from a text file.  Using 0.9, I don't seem to have that same ability.

Is that function available as a plugin?  Or is it resident in the original program and I am just missing something?    I have masstagger running great, but would like to guess from a text file when I can.

Thanks!

try the titleformat reference at the foobar2000 wiki.

use masstagger's "input data (one line per track" function.
